Claregalway GAA Golf Scramble 2021
The golf scramble in support of the club took place over the weekend of the 10th and 11th of September at Cregmore Park golf club.
48 teams took part in generally good weather conditions. The course was in great shape and is a credit to Catherine and the McGrath family. Thanks for the ongoing support from Cregmore Park.
The winners were JP O’Connell, Ryan O’Connell, Pat Cunningham and Brian O Connor scoring 54.6 who beat Angela Flaherty, Willia Kavanagh, Geraldine Kavanagh and Peter Flaherty by .1 of a shot!
Third place was won by Paul Glynn, Gerry Glynn, Tommy Glynn and John Murphy who were just .1 of a shot off second place!
Nearest to the 16th pin was won by Mike Fleming who was 2.94 meters away from the pin.
The longest drive on the 9th hole was won by Ryan O’Connell.
