The Promoter, under a permit issued by the District Court Area of Galway on 06/01/2026, is Claregalway GAA Club and Carnmore Hurling Club.

Claregalway GAA registered address is at Knockdoemore, Claregalway, Co. Galway, H91 E7F4. Carnmore Hurling Club’s registered address is at Carnmore West, Co. Galway, H91 T383.

The jackpot prize will vary depending on the draw and will be stated clearly at the point of purchase.

A prize for matching 3 numbers will be winning or sharing €150. In the event that 3 numbers are not matched, a prize of €100 will be given to a randomly selected entrant.

The draw takes place on a Monday evening and all tickets for that draw must be purchased prior to 21:00 that evening.

Tickets purchased online after this time will be entered into the following week’s draw.

There will be 52 draws in a year.

In exceptional circumstances, the draw may be deferred. In such cases, all valid entries will remain valid for the rescheduled draw date. All ticket holders will be kept informed of any changes.

The draw is open to anyone aged 18 or over as of the date the ticket purchase was made.

By taking part in this draw, the participant is deemed to have read and understood the terms and conditions and agrees to be bound by them.

In the event of a club or syndicate winning, the person buying the ticket for the syndicate will represent the interest of the syndicate.

The entrant selects 4 numbers from the range 1–36 inclusive. Multi-line and multi-week discounts are available.

Participants will receive an email with a confirmation of their purchase and all purchasers of tickets are automatically entered into the relevant draw. Tickets must be retained as proof of purchase.

At the point of purchase, purchasers will be asked to provide first name, last name, email address, postal address and contact number.

Failure to provide full and accurate contact details may result in an inability on the part of the promoter to contact the entrant in the event of winning. The promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for such failure.

Draw tickets are priced up to €2 per single line. Other multiline or multi-week discounts are available. By purchasing a ticket, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Entries for each weekly draw must be received before 21:00 on the evening of the draw. Any tickets purchased after this time will be automatically entered into the following week’s draw.

The 4 winning numbers will be randomly drawn online.

A jackpot winner will be defined as the person who matches those numbers with the line they have played in that draw. If more than one entrant matches 4 numbers, the jackpot prize will be split equally.

The decision of the promoter as to the winner and validity of the entry is final and no correspondence with third parties will be entered into.

The promoter will use reasonable endeavours to contact the winner within 2 days of the draw using the contact details supplied upon purchase.

The name of the winner will be posted on the promoter’s website and Claregalway GAA / Carnmore GAA social media platforms. The winner will be notified via email and phone.

The promoter will not enter into correspondence with third parties and will not use alternative contact details to those supplied upon purchase.

Entrants agree and give consent that, if they win, the promoter will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name, age, town of residence and likeness for the purposes of announcing the winner and related promotional purposes.

The potential winner of the jackpot will be required to provide a copy of their state issued ID to claim the jackpot.

The promoter will endeavour to arrange payout of a jackpot within 4 weeks of the draw.

Matching 3 numbers in the draw will involve the entrant winning €150 or, in the case of multiple people matching 3 numbers, sharing €150 equally.

If there are no match 3 winners, a Lucky Dip draw will take place. One person is electronically selected from all entrants to that draw and will receive €100.

The promoter will endeavour to pay prizes in this category within 5 weeks of the draw.

The promoter’s draw administrator, defined as the person responsible for uploading entry files and receiving draw results, as well as family and household members of same, shall be ineligible to participate in the promotion and shall be ineligible for any prize covered herein.

Names and likenesses of draw winner(s) may be used by the promoter and the promoter’s designee(s) for promotional purposes without further compensation.

The promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify, cancel, terminate or temporarily suspend this competition at any time without notification and with no liability to any entrant or third party.

If the draw is not capable of being conducted as specified in these terms and conditions, or in the event of a virus, computer bug, unauthorised human intervention or any other cause beyond the promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to delay or defer the draw until such time as it may take place.

In such exceptional circumstances, all valid entries will remain valid for the rescheduled draw date and all ticket holders will be kept informed.

The promoter will endeavour to let entrants know of any changes to the draw schedule or prize structure.

The promoter’s total liability in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise arising out of or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the total value of the prize available in the relevant draw.
