The Claregalway/Carnmore GAA Clubs Fundraising Lotto draws which run on a weekly basis, plays a huge part in the Clubs fundraising efforts. You can now offer your support and be in with a chance of winning some great prizes by playing online now.

When playing online you will receive the Lotto results by email after each draw has taken place.
To play the Claregalway/Carnmore GAA Clubs Lotto, any four numbers are selected from the range 1 to 36. If anybody matches the four numbers selected on the night he or she wins/shares the Jackpot. The current jackpot is €15,000!!!
There are various packages available. Minimum play is 3 lines in 1 draw for €5 however you can also buy one line or more lines for a number of draws as in the picture below with a number of draws free.

Terms and Conditions
The Promoter
The Promoter, under a licence granted by the District Court Area of Galway on 05th December 2023, is Claregalway GAA Club and Carnmore Hurling Club.
Claregalway GAA registered address is at Knockdoemore, Claregalway, Co. Galway, H91 E7F4. Carnmore Hurling clubs registered address is at Carnmore West, Co. Galway, H91 T383.
The Prize
The Jackpot prize will vary depending on the draw. The Jackpot prize will be stated clearly on the website referenced below at point of purchase.
A prize for matching 3 numbers will be winning or sharing €150. In the event that 3 numbers are not matched, a prize of €100 will be given to a randomly selected entrant.
Draw Times and Frequencies
The draw takes place on a Monday evening and all tickets for that draw must be purchased prior to 19:00 that evening. Tickets purchased online after this time will be entered into the following weeks draw.
There will be 52 draws in a year.
Entry Requirements
The draw is open to anyone aged 18 or over as of the date at which the ticket purchase was made.
By taking part in this Draw, the participant is deemed to have read and understood the terms and conditions of this promotion and agrees to be bound by them.
In the event of a club or syndicate winning, the person buying the ticket for the syndicate will represent the interest of the syndicate.
How To Enter The Draw
Entry to the Draw is by means of a ticket specially commissioned by the Promoter online at https://claregalwaycarnmorelotto.clubforce.com/
The entrant selects 4 numbers from the range 1-36 inclusive. Multi line/week discounts are available.
Participants will receive an email with a confirmation of their purchase, and all purchasers of tickets are automatically entered into the relevant draw. Tickets must be retained as proof of purchase.
At the point of purchase of the ticket, purchasers will be asked to provide their first name, last name, email address, postal address, and contact number, which will be inputted online.
Failure to provide any of the foregoing information or accurate contact details at the point of purchase may result in an inability on the part of the Promoter to contact the entrant in the case of their winning any prize in the draw. The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability to the winner for any failure on the part of the winner to provide full and accurate contact information.
Draw tickets are priced up to €2 per single line. Other multiline or multi week discounts are available. By purchasing a ticket, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (please retain a copy of these terms and conditions for your reference).
Jackpot Winner Selection
The 4 winning numbers will be randomly drawn online. A Jackpot winner will be defined as the person who matches those numbers with the line they have played in that draw. If more than one entrant matches 4 numbers, the Jackpot prize will be split amongst those entrants equally.
The decision of the Promoter as to the winner and validity of the entry is final and no correspondence with third parties will be entered into.
How To Claim a Jackpot
The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to contact the winner within 2 days of the draw using the contact details supplied upon purchase of the ticket, and the name of the winner will be posted on the website of the Promoter – Claregalway GAA and Carnmore GAA social media platforms. The winner will be notified via email and phone.
The Promoter will not enter into correspondence with third parties and will not use alternative contact details to those supplied upon purchase of the ticket.
Entrants agree and give consent that, if they win, the Promoter will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name, age, town of residence and likeness for the purposes of announcing the winner of the Draw and for related promotional purposes.
The potential winner of the jackpot will be required to provide a copy of their state issued ID to claim the jackpot.
The Promotor will endeavour to arrange payout or a jackpot within 4 weeks of the draw.
Other prizes
Matching 3 numbers in the draw will involve the entrant winning €150 or in the case of multiple people matching 3 numbers sharing €150 equally.
If there are no match 3 winners a “Lucky Dip” draw will take place. One person is electronically selected from all entrants to that draw. They will receive €100
The promotor will endeavour to pay the prizes in this category within 5 weeks of the draw.
Restrictions
The Promotors Draw Administrator (defined as the person responsible for uploading entry files and receiving draw results) as well as family and household members of same, shall be ineligible to participate in the Promotion and shall be ineligible for any prize covered herein.
Names and likenesses of draw winner(s) may be used by Promotor and Promotors’ designee(s) for promotional purposes without further compensation to Promotor or the Promotion winner(s).
Promoter’s Right to Modify or Cancel
The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify, cancel, terminate or temporarily suspend this competition at any time without notification, and with no liability to any entrant or any third party.
If the Draw is not capable of being conducted as specified in these terms and conditions, or in the event of a virus, a computer bug or unauthorised human intervention, or any other cause that is beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to delay the draw until a time that the Promotor has established that the draw may take place.
The Promotor will endeavour to let entrants know of any changes to the draw schedule or prize structure.
Limitation of Liability
The Promoter’s total liability in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence) or otherwise arising out of or in connection with or in relation to these terms and conditions or arising out of or in connection with or in relation to any non-contractual arrangement shall be limited to the amount actually paid or payable by the entrant for the ticket.
The limitation of the Promoter’s liability herein has effect in relation both to any liability expressly provided for under these terms and conditions and to any liability arising by reason of the invalidity or unenforceability of any term of these terms and conditions.
Conditions attached to a lottery permit
(a) the value of each prize and the name of the intended beneficiary of the lottery shall be stated on every ticket or coupon or, where the lottery is conducted in a premises, such information shall be prominently displayed at the normal means of access to the premises proposed to be used;
(b) the total value of the prizes
(i) if more than one lottery is held in any week, shall be not more than €30,000, and
(ii) if one lottery is held in any year, shall be not more than €360,000;
(c) not more than 25 per cent of the total proceeds shall be retained by the holder of the licence and utilised for the expenses of promotion, including commission, and any free entry for the lottery shall be deemed to be a payment of commission to the extent of its value;
(d) not more than 75 per cent of the total proceeds shall be allocated to prizes and not less than 25 per cent shall be
allocated to a charitable or philanthropic purpose
(e) the allocation of the proceeds referred to in paragraphs (d) and (e) shall be made within one month from the date of the holding of the lottery.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The terms and conditions herein are governed by Irish Law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
The Promoter is committed to operating the Draw in a socially responsible way.
