Officially affiliated in 1968, Claregalway is now a thriving Gaelic football club situated 7 miles (12 Km) north of Galway City. Our club caters for footballers of all ages with numerous teams including a thriving ladies section.

Claregalway won the Co. Galway Feile na nOg and represented the county in the All Ireland Féile in Kerry.  Minors won the league and U-14s won the title, league honours for U-13’s and U15’s

Claregalway minors won the double – the County B Championship and the League.

Historic win- Claregalway win Co. Junior ‘B’ championship for the first time, defeated Oranmore at Ballindereen.

The Club established a designated Juvenile Football Committee to cater for Boys & Youth, including Minors.
