Club Notes Week Ending 13th March 2022
Return to Training and Competition:
This month has seen the return to training of many players within the club. Our younger groups of players are due to return at the end of March/early April. It’s great to see so many familiar and new faces around the club grounds and as the evenings get longer, we hope to have many fun filled training session! Further information and training times is now available on the clubs’ social media.
Representation:
While it is only March, many of our men and women have a lot of football under their belts at this stage having represented their secondary schools, colleges, and Galway at every grade. Some great performances over the past few months and no doubt further success in the future lies ahead for many of our players at inter county level.
Online Lotto Returns:
The weekly Claregalway/Carnmore Lotto is due to start again after a 2-year break with the first draw taking place on Monday the 21st of March. The jackpot is €3,200 with three lucky dips of €50 each also up for grabs every week. The first draw on the 21st of March also has an additional lucky dip for €250 for one lucky winner! Easter Camp:
The Gaelic Football Easter camp will from Monday the 11th of April until the Thursday the14th of April (4 days), from 10am to 2pm. Cost is €50 for one child, €40 for second child or €120 for a family of three or more. To book please email claregalwaygaacamp@gmail.com. Registration on the first morning – cash/cheque only. Places are limited.
Claregalway GAA Umbrellas, Coffee Cups and Water Bottles:
