U14 Feile Fundraiser:
The U14 Féile Boys and Girls had a fundraising table quiz last week in the Claregalway hotel. 39 tables turned out for this great night to raise funds for the national Feile trip. Thanks to all involved in supporting, organising and sponsoring the quiz.
Recent Ladies News:
The Senior Ladies played Kilkerrin\Clonbern in the Division 1 League Final in Tuam Stadium on Friday night. Played in ideal conditions Claregalway were outclassed on the evening with Kilkerrin\Clonbern winning on a score of 4-17 to 0-8. The Senior Ladies then travelled to Bekan on Saturday morning to defend their Sevens Title. Claregalway had group wins over Moycullen and Knockmore and a draw with Moy Davitts which left Claregalway and Davitts level on 5 points which resulted in a free kick shootout which Moy Davitts won. This result put Claregalway in the Shield Final against Clann na Gael of Roscommon and after a good Final Claregalway emerged victories. Well done to the Panel who travelled and Maura for looking after them on a very enjoyable day for all. Panel R Horkan A Glynn C Campbell E. Connolly K Dowd Y Bushell O Dixon M Glynn D Brennan C Newell. Hard luck to Maeve McGarry, Laura Scanlon Ava O’Riordan,mentor Helen O’Riordan and the Galway U14 Girls who lost out to Cavan by 2 points on Sunday in the All-Irelans Semi-Final. Great turnout continues every Saturday at the U-8’s and U-10’s with the girls enjoying their football.

Registration:
We wish to thank all that have registered with the club so far. We would ask that all prospective members register online as soon as possible to ensure smooth administration of the club and efficient use of club resources. After requests from members the club registration process is online and will provide a more efficient method for members to register this year and in subsequent years.
