Juvenile Team Information
Claregalway GAA Club caters for both Boys and Girls and has approximately 400 members aged from 6 to 16.
The Club has 40 qualified Voluntary Coaches who coach the children and the emphasis is on learning new skills
in a fun and enjoyable environment. New members from the local area or local National Schools are always
welcome and children can join at any age.
The Juvenile was formed in the mid 1980's to cater for the ever growing number of players. We are lucky to be in a position to field two teams per age division in many of these groups.
All teams have their individual managers, training times and fixtures. Details of which can be found under each teams web page. Use the Drop down menu above to chose the team.
For more general enquiries please contact the juvenile secretary of the club, current details to be found under the Officers and Committees web page.

The main focus of the club is obviously on playing Gaelic Football. This includes the training of teams and their preparation for competitions. However the club itself is involved with other activities on and off the field:
• An annual Juvenile Medal Presentation night
• Scor, Irish music and dance.
• Trips for teams to tournaments and days/evenings/weekends away.
• Participation in the Community Games as a Claregalway/Lackagh team
• Summer Camp held in July
